"State Farm was great in WASHINGTON State and since I've been in Arizona, I've had nothing but trouble. They won't return my calls and they didn't cover my new car. They are far from doing a good job as the commercial says, "state farm has not been there for me! I want management to contact me immediately.

I got Shannon on the line and right away I knew she would be the perfect person I needed to talk to. She was very professional, extremely kind and thoughtful. Before I knew it she had done what I had asked before I was finished with my rambling. She had also suggested a change to my policy that would greatly benefit me, but explained it in a way that I would understand and in detail.

From one office to the next, the service has always been excellent and the people I have dealt with have been kind, compassionate and have made my life a bit better for it. Today I contacted Kevin McGraw‘s office to let them know that I would be a bit late on my payment for the month. As most of us have had in the past moments when we were a bit short due to lack of work, illness, other hardships, all of the human issues of life, when you have someone that is kind rather than making you feel like they’re gonna take you to court in a week, it’s just refreshing. I spoke to Kayleigh And she assured me that I was fine and also mentioned that if I needed extra time she could put through a request for an extension so that I “would have more breathing room”.
